- Preparing quotations
- Planning, scheduling construction works, developing, updating and enforcing execution schedules.
- Continuous communication and maintaining contact with customers, project stakeholders and senior management.
- Material requirement assessment, material ordering
- Full management and coordination of project teams.
- Monitoring the progress of projects and preparing reports.
- Ensuring the quality, time and budget goals of projects.
- Managing contracts and procurement related to projects.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of projects.
Expectations
- You have a specialized higher education degree.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in project or construction management.
- You are a determined, confident and solution-oriented personality. Thoroughness and a high degree of precision are important.
- You are loyal and reliable.
- You have the ability to coordinate other people.
- You have at least a conversational level of English.
- You have a category B driver's license.
It's an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.
- Knowledge of project-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D programs, excel, teams and other interfaces.
- You have active English and/or German language skills.
