What personal data do we collect and for what purpose do we collect them?
1. Editor, owner, operator
The content editor of the site, the owner of gerecse.co.hu (hereinafter referred to as the Website), the data controller is Gerecse Gépészeti Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the Site owner). The technical background of the operation of the site is provided by NetMasters Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
You, as a visitor to the site (hereinafter referred to as the User), can accept this data management information in the information window that appears during your first visit to the site, or limit the scope of data collection during your visit. 2. Contact forms, request for quotation forms
The data received on the contact form(s) placed on the website are retained for a certain period of time for customer service reasons, collected solely for the purpose of contacting you. Such a form can be found on the page under the Contact menu item.

3. Cookie usage
Cookies collect information about users and their devices; they remember the users' individual settings, which are used, for example, when making online transactions, so they do not have to be re-entered; they make the service easier to use; they provide a quality user experience. In order to provide a customized service, a small data package, called a cookie, is placed on the user's computer and read back during a subsequent visit. If the browser sends back a previously saved cookie, the cookie management service provider has the opportunity to connect the user's current visit with previous ones, but only with regard to its own content.
Essential cookies: Cookies without which the essential services of the website would not be able to function properly. Right to information: The Service Provider shall take appropriate measures to provide you with all information regarding the processing of personal data referred to in Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR and all information pursuant to Articles 15-22 and 34 in a concise, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible form, in clear and plain language.
Right of access: You have the right to obtain from the Controller whether or not your personal data are being processed and, where such processing is taking place, access to your personal data and the following information: the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, including in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations; the planned storage period of the personal data; the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and to object; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; information on the sources of the data; the fact of automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as intelligible information on the logic involved and the significance and foreseeable consequences of such processing for the data subject. The Controller shall provide the information no later than one month from the date of submission of the request.
Right to rectification: You may request the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you processed by the Service Provider and the completion of incomplete data.
Right to erasure: You have the right to obtain from the Service Provider the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay where one of the following reasons applies: the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed; you withdraw your consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing; you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing; the personal data have been unlawfully processed; the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject under Union or Member State law; the personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
The erasure of data cannot be initiated if the processing is necessary:
for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information; for compliance with an obligation under Union or Member State law to which the Controller is subject to, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller;
for public health purposes or for archiving, scientific and historical research purposes or statistical purposes in the public interest; or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing:
At your request, the Service Provider shall restrict the processing of data if one of the following conditions is met:
You contest the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the restriction shall apply for a period enabling the accuracy of the personal data to be verified;
the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the data and request the restriction of their use instead;
the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
or you have objected to the processing; in this case, the restriction shall apply for a period of time until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
If processing is subject to restriction, the personal data may only be processed, with the exception of storage, with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for important public interest reasons of the Union or of a Member State.
Right to data portability: You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit these data to another controller.
Right to object: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal data which is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Controller, or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party, including profiling based on those provisions. In the event of an objection, the Controller shall no longer process the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Automated decision-making in individual cases, including profiling: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Right to go to court: In case of violation of your rights, you can go to court against the Data Controller. The court will proceed with the case without delay.
